While thinking about the fashion illustration, I soon realised I needed to have a good knowledge of what Iggy actually looks like, as a person's face is one of their instantly most recognisable features.
Using a pencil in my small A4 sketchbook, I did quite a few studies of Iggy's face, some fast and some slow and all from photo reference, as obviously I don't have access to her personally to draw from life. These were the best results (and the final ones I drew).
I also wrote some notes which would help me the most when it came to drawing her face on my images, mainly about specific features she has, like the moles on her chin, cheek and temple.
