I named this palette 'dusky' because the colours reminded me of a dusky evening sunset. The colours, I think, are absolutely beautiful but unfortunately not the right ones for the target audience.
This more colourful palette is definitely a step in the right direction. The colours look a lot more modern and more approachable and friendly. I think though that a pastel approach would look the best- that way the suits would have the pop-cool colour scheme popular at the moment and the modern update on 'classic' designs I wanted.
